My apologies, as a DupeFree Pro user pointed out to me today, in my last email I goofed up. The Google 'Wonder Wheel' tool I mentioned is not a new tool, it has actually been around since May 2009. With the recent redesign, Google has simply made their side panel display on every search page making the Wonder Wheel more immediately accessible and prominent. Sorry for the misinformation on this, don't know how it slipped by me, guess that'll teach me for sending out a mailing late at night! Thank you to the DFP user for putting me right on this! :)
A few users have asked for an interim solution to the 'online checker' until DFP v2 is released.
As already stated, unfortunately, due to our resources being taken up by the development of DFP v2, plus the fact that v2 is soon to be released anyway, it doesn't make sense for us to spend time correcting this issue in DFP v1. However, I can say the wait won't be much longer as we are expecting the first release of 2.0 to be available towards the end of July.
So, to try and help ease the issue of the 'online checker' being broken in DFP, I've located a free online tool for you that does a similar thing. This free tool could be used in the mean time until DFP v2 is released. This tool is not perfect and doesn't give you results counts, however, it does check a wide variety of sources and provides convenient links to check the results yourself at the sources.
